Add additional upsell options by including merchandise and products that your attendees can buy after they have selected their tickets.
Would You Like Fries With That?
This upsell feature enables you to sell items such as t-shirts, tote bags, event programs, souvenirs and memorabilia. These upsell options appear on the ticket confirmation page before attendees finalize their purchase.
Customize each product inventory
Customize the product/merch with a unique inventory for each item offered, such as various sizes, colors or styles. Select 'This product has options' to add new product options and inventory.
Restrict Access
Restrict access to products and merchandise purchasing to specific ticket purchasers. You can select a ticket type that will include products or make products/merch unavailable for free tickets
Redeem and Collect
Attendees can redeem their product and merchandise purchase at the event. Head to the Redeem Products section of your event dashboard to:
- Scan and redeem products
- Print off a list of products
- Search for products by email
