Hybrid Events
Offer an online pass to your live events and maximize ticket sales by reaching those that can't physically attend the event. Create virtual tickets at a different price point to your live event. When creating tickets clearly label your virtual ticket and select the Virtual Access Ticket option.
Attendee Zoom Access
Attendees receive your Zoom access link via email after registering or purchasing tickets. One device per ticket can access your event zoom link, preventing people from sharing access with others.
Event Day
On event day you will start your event in your Zoom Account before allowing attendees to join via a button on Ticketbud. Attendees will be placed in your event waiting room until you allow access.
