Multi-User Access: A Safer Way To Share Access To Your Event

Multi-User Access (MUA). MUA allows you to provide users of your choosing with admin access to your event without compromising your personal information.  While users will be able to make edits, access reports, check guests in and manage your event, they will not be able to change or access private data such as payment information and you maintain the ability to revoke a users access at any time! To start giving access to multiple users, simply click the “Shared Access” tab at the bottom of your Event Dashboard. Ticketbud Mult User Access From here, you can easily add users. Screen Shot 2013-12-03 at 2.23.33 PM   If a user does not already have a Ticketbud account, one will be created for them and an email will be sent to them to claim that account. If a user does have a Ticketbud account, your event will simply be accessible from their account when they log in. Now you can safely share access to your event without worrying about your data and private information being compromised!
