Ticketbud Child Safety Standards Policy

Ticketbud Child Safety Standards Policy

At Ticketbud, we are committed to ensuring that our platform remains a safe environment for all users. Ticketbud is owned and operated by Ideabud, Inc. (hereinafter, “Ideabud” or “we,” “our,” or “us”). Ideabud, Inc. is a limited liability corporation with its principal place of business at 3300 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78705.

We recognize the importance of protecting children online and have adopted a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including the creation, sharing, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Our Commitment

  1. Zero Tolerance
Ticketbud strictly prohibits any form of CSAE on our platform. This includes but is not limited to the creation, upload, distribution, promotion, or storage of CSAM.
  2. Immediate Enforcement
Any content, accounts, or activities found to be in violation of this policy will be removed and permanently banned. We act swiftly to block and prevent further abuse.
  3. Mandatory Reporting
Ticketbud complies with all applicable child safety laws. When CSAM is identified, we immediately report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, or to equivalent agencies in other jurisdictions, as required by law.
  4. User Reporting Tools
We provide accessible tools for users to report suspected CSAE directly within the app. Users may also report violations by contacting us at [email protected].
  5. Designated Child Safety Contact
Ticketbud has designated internal staff responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing our child safety standards. This team ensures all reports are acted upon in a timely and appropriate manner.
  6. Ongoing Monitoring & Improvement
We continually review and improve our systems, policies, and enforcement mechanisms to ensure the highest level of protection against CSAE.

By publishing this policy, Ticketbud certifies our organization’s commitment to protecting children and preventing online abuse. We affirm that:

  • We are firmly against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation.
  • We actively monitor for CSAE across our services.
