Use photos and flyers when you sell tickets online

Thank you to the Oklahoma Literacy Coalition for choosing Ticketbud to sell tickets online!

When loading your image into your event details, make sure to take the image’s size into consideration.  We suggest to first load the image, finish your editing of the event and then view how it appears on the live event page from a guest’s perspective.  There is a chance that the image might be too large for the window and will be cut off by the panels to the right.  If that is the case, go back and edit the event page.  This time when uploading the image, change the image size by changing numbers in the “dimensions” boxes.

[caption id="attachment_1893" align="aligncenter" width="450" caption="Edit the dimensions"][/caption] If the image you initially loaded was 400X600 and was cut off by the surrounding panels, then try scaling each dimension down by  200.  You would type in 200X400 in the Dimensions boxes and then click “insert.”  Give your event page a look after making those changes.  You may have to go back again to adjust the numbers one more time to get exactly what you want.  We get excited when we see our users taking advantage of posting unique flyers and photos on their event page.  Start uploading and grow your event!
