granted, the truth is that this invaluable resource is often scarce in many places and the little water that is available is contaminated with disease, an issue that cripples developing countries and kills hundreds of men, woman, and children.
The Thirst Project in partnership with Castle Hill Fitness aims to change this problem with the Thirst for Life fundraiser, an event raising money for the construction of a freshwater well in Swaziland, a region of South Africa where communities are highly impacted by the lack of access to clean, uncontaminated water. The event, which is open to the public, features live music, food, a silent auction, a raffle, and drinks provided by Firefly Vodka.
