Festival Concept

Tall City Blues Fest 2011 will be held in downtown Midland, TX in Centennial Park Plaza on July 29-31. The Festival will begin with award-winning music from the Main Stage on Friday, July 29; offer continuous music all day on Saturday; and end with a Blues Jam on Sunday, July 31. The Blues Jam will be FREE to the public!
