Lost Tickets? We have you covered

  If you enter the email address used when purchasing or receiving tickets, we will locate all of your tickets for you. When we find your tickets in our database, you will receive an email to verify that you have in fact requested these tickets.   Clicking the link in the email (seen above) will bring you to Ticketbud where, if you don’t already have an account,  you will be asked to you set your new password. From this point forward your new account will have access to all of your Ticketbud tickets which you can view, print, or display on your mobile device at the event!   When you first view your ticket interface you will need to click on an event name to view the corresponding tickets to that event.   From here you can conveniently print your tickets, add the event to your Google calendar or contact the event organizer if you have a question. We hope you are as excited about these features as we are!
