Event Gift Tips from Ticketbud!

budding company knows that giving out gifts at company events can be a great way to gain the client/employe/patron’s trust, admiration and future business.  But which gifts to give?  And when to give them?  Many find themselves at a loss.  Here at Ticketbud, as you already know, we sell tickets online.  But we truly seek to help your event grow on all levels, so here are some tips to help you with your event planning, specifically concerning gift-giving and the appropriate time/place to do so. Firstly, it is important to know exactly what type of event you are planning, and consequentially, who will be there.  Will it be a seminar, with high profile corporate heads?  Or a simple conference for lower level employees?  Knowing your audience is extremely important in all realms, gift-giving included. So when you know who will be at the event, you can then focus on what to give, considering the needs and interests of who will be present.  Consider this example; it might be more pertinent to give business-meeting tools to the high corporate heads at your seminar, while desktop tools and accessories might be more appropriate for your mass of employees.  Pens, calculators, folders and planners compared to desktop items, computer accessories, etc… Getting your name to travel out of your front doors should be of highest priority; what better way then to actually give people something they need and will use every day?
