Builder of the House is asolo indie folk/bluegrass band from Portland, ME. Musician Rob Cimitile’s sound combines elements of bluegrass and folk with vocal effects, percussive guitar and lyrics that volley between spirituality, metaphysics, and the human experience at large.

The conscious influences of his music varies widely, but perhaps the most noticeable are Johnny Cash, Ennio Morricone, Frankie Valli, Kaki King, Tom Waits and Bright Eyes.
