4th Annual Toronto-Romanian Film Festival arrives in Canada.  Entitled, "A Day in the Life", this years festival focuses "on the vicissitudes of Romanian society as they manifest themselves in the minutia of the everyday." The festival will be going on from May 20th to May 22nd and promises an interesting and cinematic examination of the little things in life, reminding us why the banality of habit continues to intrigue and surprise.

She has bravely undergone surgery and begins 17 weeks of chemotherapy this month but insurance won't cover all of the treatment related expenses. To raise the money to cover these costs, her family and supporters will be using Ticketbud for selling tickets to a Save The Ta-Tas event on June 7th at Artica Bar & Grill in New York City.  The event includes an open bar from 7-8pm, Happy Hour specials until midnight, and delicious dessert will be provided. There will also be great raffle prizes you won't want to miss!
